Interesting times ahead with Vulcans and Warriors playing same weekend as semis and premier finals.

Retirement, he will hopefully be running around for another 5 or so years to keep all us wannabes honest and make us earn our place in the higher grades and just have them handed to us on a plate.

Well said. We so need to stick together more than ever esp after some of the comments on tv over the weekend. We are one brotherhood and need to present that image, if we are having shots at each other in public then no wonder the public and others open up with both barrels.

After the discussion we had 3 weeks ago at meeting about this very problem im pi...d about the fact that its fallen on deft ears maybe we need to send out a news letter to all members to get the point across.only problem there is this guy cant read that showed on saturday with his knowlage of the rules obviously hasnt read the rule book.WE NEED TO DUMP THESE TYP OF PEOPLE WE DONT NEED THEM

good to see the games back on tv again,and all the reffs and touchies are performing to a high standard aswell.on a sour note if i hear another member bagging reffs and touchies from the stands as there walking off the ground he can expect a meeting with me behind the sheds and it wont be for a social chat.so watch yourself......Mr.R.M

had another shot at sharman this week.was a tough game the under dogs compeeted well for 65mins then fell away and the score blew out.but was very compettitive.with all the top guys back next week i suppose its back down for me.

Another week with lots of last years top ten guys not running round in Fox or Sharman due to Aussie appointments, it can only be making us stronger as an association.

To all of you who have the chance take it with both hands and make the game yours, make it hard for the appointments board to put these guys back in over the top of you.

Mean while for some of us another week broken down on the side lines, oh well could be worse i guess could never have tried in the first place.

Had two teams play fantastic footy on the weekend, really enjoyed the game equal of anything Bartercard Cup produced at its best. If you get the chance (I know not likely) but go and watch Otahuhu or Northcote Fox sides if they turn it on like they did on the weekend you won't regret it.

i see only 2 of last years top 10 did Fox grading round games last weekend, good chance for some to take the big step up and make every post a winner.

Wish i could tip a winner all of mine still running.
